WE HAVE MOVED to our new location, at the corner of 4th Avenue and Main Street. It's easy to find, just down two blocks from our old location at 6th Avenue and Main Street.

We are a dedicated store that caters to runners, walkers, fitness enthusiast, and anyone interested in starting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Proper equipment and proper fit in any endeavor will help you enjoy and perform what you are doing. Running to the next marker, walking that extra block or cycling those extra miles is what keeps us going to achieve success within ourselves. It is staying in motion or in our case "Running In Motion". All our customers are given the time to be properly fitted and sized and totally satisfied with what they are wearing, so please be patient as the time we spend with others, we will spend with you. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals of fitness no matter what they may be. Be fit and stay healthy, it is something you can control.
